== Usage ==
Fill the tank with a combustible fluid (the same fuels the [[Combustion Generator]] accepts, see [[List of Fuels]]). The Gas Furnace drains 250 mB at a time, and that fuel lasts for 400 × (the fuel's FE/t rating) ÷ 4 ticks, so better fuels last longer. It smelts with vanilla ''blasting'' recipes when one exists for the item, and otherwise with normal smelting recipes, taking 200 ticks per item. An upgrade in the upgrade slot shortens the processing time (see [[Machine upgrades]]). An upgrade also makes the fuel last proportionally less long.

== Inventory ==
The "default face" is the side of the machine that automation (hoppers, pipes) uses for the slot by default, relative to the machine's front. It can be changed in the machine's IO settings.
